162 games! It's definitely easy to get trapped in the moment of a tough loss (Tuesday being a perfect example) or a great win. I do my best mentally to break things up into 7-10 day stretches but that's difficult sometimes. I suppose that's where this main weekly newsletter stems from is trying to look at things from closer 10,000 feet.
